Ingredients:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup M&M candies
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F 175C
In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract
Mix until well combined
Fold in the chocolate chips and M&M candies into the dough
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie
Gently flatten each cookie with a fork or the back of a spoon
