Ingredients:
- 1 lb steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup coarse salt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
Turn on your oven and heat it up to 425F 220C
On a floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a rectangle
Make squares out of the dough
On each square of dough, put a piece of steak and a small amount of shredded cheddar cheese
Cover the steak and cheese with the dough
Fold the edges together to make a pretzel bite
Bring water to a boil in a large pot, then add the baking soda
Once the pretzel bites are done, take them out of the water with a slotted spoon and put them on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper
To make the pretzel bites, beat the egg and then sprinkle them with coarse salt
They should be baked in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they turn golden brown
Use melted butter to cover the pretzel bites while they are still warm
Enjoy while hot
