Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 jalapeo, diced seeds removed for less heat
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions:
Cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and pepper jack cheese should all be mixed together in a skillet over medium-low heat
Mix it in until it melts and is smooth
Dice the onion, bell pepper, and jalapeo and add them to the melted cheese
Mix well
Garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper should all be added to taste
Mix it in until its all mixed in
Add two to three more minutes of cooking to let the flavors blend
Take it off the heat and some chopped cilantro on top
Chips and the dip should be served warm
