Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Slider buns
- Lettuce leaves and tomato slices for toppings
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, finely chopped onion, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper
Mix the ingredients until well combined
Form the mixture into small slider-sized patties
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease it with oil
Cook the turkey-spinach sliders for about 3-4 minutes per side or until they are cooked through and have a golden-brown crust
Toast the slider buns on the grill or in a toaster until they are lightly browned
Assemble the sliders by placing a turkey-spinach patty on the bottom half of each bun
