Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Green onions, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, mirin, and sesame oil to make the teriyaki sauce
Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour half of the teriyaki sauce over them, reserving the rest for later
