Chicken Taco Pinwheels

These Chicken Taco Pinwheels are a delightful appetizer or snack option, perfect for parties or gatherings. They are filled with a flavorful mixture of shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salsa, and taco seasoning, all rolled up in a flour tortilla and sliced into bite-sized pinwheels.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
• 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup salsa
• 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
• 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salsa, taco seasoning, and chopped cilantro

Mix until well combined

Spread the mixture evenly over each flour tortilla

Roll up each tortilla tightly and wrap them individually in plastic wrap
