Raspberry-yogurt ice pops are a healthy and cool treat that are great for hot summer days. They have a bit of sweetness from honey or maple syrup and the sourness of raspberries mixed with the creaminess of Greek yogurt.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups raspberries
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Raspberries, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract should all be put into a blender
Mix until its smooth
Put the mix into molds for ice pops
Put the sticks into the molds
Put it in the freezer for at least four hours, or until it gets hard
To get the ice pops out of the molds, run warm water over them
